Luton Unite goes to Satellites

Satellites Youth Gathering

Every year Luton Unite organise a trip during the summer holidays to a youth event. This year, the National Youthscape team will be running a summer event called Satellites which will be held at the East of England Arena in Peterborough, and will be attended by young people from across the UK.

The Luton Unite team are passionate about their faith and it is the driving force behind all we do for young people, for us the summer camps are an opportunity for our young people to explore what faith means to them in a safe and fun environment. This year we will be travelling to the Satellites event and would like to invite young people in school year 7-13 to join us!

The event takes place Tuesday 9^th – Sunday 14^th August 2022. We will be leaving on the Tuesday morning at 10.45am from Youthscape, and arrive back on the Sunday at about 11.30am. The weekend is packed full of activities, including: live music, silent discos, a skate park, a colour run, sports tournaments, a UV party, and movie nights, as well as talks and seminars exploring the Christian faith.

The cost of attending the Satellites Youth Gathering is £150 per person, which covers their tent, transport, and all their meals and activities.

If your child would like to attend Satellites, it will be essential for you to attend our Parents/Carers meeting on Wednesday 29^th June 2022 from 7pm-7.45pm at Youthscape. There will be an opportunity to meet the team who will be supervising your child whilst away at the event, find out more about Satellites, receive important information about what your child will need to bring, as well as an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
