For the thousands of young people, across the UK, facing exams this term. April is their last chance for revision. Pray they manage to get themselves fully prepared.

2nd (Thu)

Pray for young people whose lives are challenging, & who live in difficult home situations, especially during the school holidays when they will be spending much more time in those environments.

3rd (Fri)

Pray for the Youthscape team - that they can enjoy a break over Easter, & that they’ll feel relaxed & refreshed as they return for the Summer term in April.

4th (Sat)

Thank God for the youth workers & professionals who work with young people. For their dedication, & for the ways that they support those in their care.

5th (Sun)

Praise God for what He has done through Jesus - as we remember Him this Easter time. That He loved the world so much that He gave His one and only Son, so we can be called children of God.

6th (Mon)

Pray for youth workers, teachers, youth leaders, & volunteers, who are feeling exhausted, struggling with their mental health, or feeling unsupported - that they’ll find the support they need.

7th (Tue)

For all the young people currently on our Confirmation Course pilot; that they’ll feel encouraged & supported as they journey towards their confirmations this term.

8th (Wed)

Pray for strategic conversations happening with Dioceses, as they explore how Launchpad might fit within their strategy for increasing their engagement with young people.

9th (Thu)

Pray for the Bristol & Truro Dioceses - who had their first Bishops Briefings last month, & as they prepare for their first Launchpad cohorts in the coming weeks.

10th (Fri)

Pray for the young people you know. That they’ll be agents of change in our world as they grow up, & that young people might transform the church & the world positively.

11th (Sat)

Pray that young people experiencing suicidal thoughts would feel able to reach out for help. And pray that they would find positive support to get them through these difficult times.

12th (Sun)

Pray for Christian young people, that they would know God’s presence with them. That they’d find support from friends, youth workers & churches, & that they would encourage each other in their faith.

13th (Mon)

We’re in the process of recruiting a new Senior Researcher, & today is the interview day for the Satellites Events Delegate Experience Lead. Please pray that we are able to find the right people for both roles.

14th (Tue)

Pray that people will continue to sign up for our Satellites volunteer team - especially in the less popular areas, (e.g. for night stewarding!).

15th (Wed)

For the Innovation team as we prepare to launch the third series of unfold towards the end of April.

16th (Thu)

For young people who’ve come to the UK as refugees escaping dangerous situations. Pray that God will protect them from further harm caused by the current narrative in the media & society about refugees.

17th (Fri)

Pray for young people accessing Alumina. So many are carrying such big emotions & difficult stories. Pray that we’re able to support them, & that they’re able to access help closer to home as well.

18th (Sat)

Pray for young people piloting our new ‘Revision & Rest’ resource, as they prepare for their exams this summer.

19th (Sun)

Pray for a successful outcome to our funding application for a science stream at Satellites. So we can run some exciting activities; including an outdoor observatory & a large indoor venue with fun science experiments.

20th (Mon)

Dioceses running Launchpad: Derby, Oxford, St Albans, Exeter, Bath & Wells, Portsmouth & Newcastle. Pray clergy will be encouraged, & grow in confidence whilst exploring work with young people in their communities.

21st (Tue)

While we’re away on retreat, pray that God will speak to us, inspire us, & guide us, as we prepare for the summer term, & Satellites festival.

22nd (Wed)

Pray for new young people starting the Fearless course tomorrow. Pray that good relationships will be made between them, & with the local team members leading the course.

23rd (Thu)

Luton Unite Deeper takes place this evening. Pray for the young people exploring the Christian faith together.

24th (Fri)

Pray for clergy who have taken part in Launchpad - as they involve young people in services, or begin new forms of youth ministry.

25th (Sat)

Pray for the launch of LyCiG Youth. Tickets are available, so please pray that they will reach the right churches, & that the booking process goes smoothly.

26th (Sun)

Pray for parents, adopters, foster carers, & others who care for young people. May God help them to love, serve, & provide for those in their care.

27th (Mon)

Pray for the latest Youthscape Essentials course, which starts today.

28th (Tue)

Pray for young carers; as they try to balance their role alongside school work. Pray too that they’ll be able to find time to spend with their friends, & enjoy being teenagers.

29th (Wed)

Praise God for the amazing answers to prayer regarding site logistics, at Bath & West Showground. It will make such a difference to this year’s Satellites festival.

30th (Thu)

Pray or Colchester, Chester, & Ely - for their Bishops Briefings this month; where clergy are invited to consider if Launchpad could help them to start or develop new youth work.
