Pray for the health of the Satellites team, wider Youthscape team, & all the wonderful volunteers, as we prepare for the festival. And for God’s protection over our health throughout the festival.

2nd (Fri)

Pray that everything will run smoothly as the delegates arrive today. And for a friendly & fun atmosphere - so that everyone will feel welcome right from the start!

3rd (Sat)

This year, Satellites’ main focus is on prayer. Hearing from some of the best teachers on prayer, we’ll be exploring the different ways in which we can connect with God, both together & alone.

4th (Sun)

Pray for young people from Luton who are attending Satellites with the Youthscape local team & Luton Unite team. That they would enjoy their time away, & learn more about the Christian faith.

5th (Mon)

Pray for Youthscape Central (at Satellites). An exclusive cafe space, that is specifically there to feed, inspire & grow youth leaders.

6th (Tue)

Please pray for the young people who become Christians this week, especially as they head home tomorrow, back to normal life.

7th (Wed)

Pray for safe journeys for all the youth groups & young people as they head home later today. And pray for the team as they pack everything down at the end of the festival.

8th (Thu)

For families spending so much time together over the summer. Pray for protection over relationships, & pray that they would be able to find moments of joy together.

9th (Fri)

Please pray for all the youth workers who came to Satellites with their young people, that God will renew their energy levels & encourage them.

10th (Sat)

Pray for the Youthscape team, each taking some time off over the summer holidays, that we’ll have a restful & restorative break, ahead of the autumn term.

11th (Sun)

For some young people - school is a more positive environment than home. Pray for young people who miss their routine, & the safe space that school provides for them.

12th (Mon)

Pray for young people, now home from Satellites, that they’ll be able to connect the experiences of the summer with everyday life, & that they will continue to be inspired in prayer.

13th (Tue)

Pray for school staff, that the summer holidays would be a positive time of rest & relaxation for them.

14th (Wed)

Last year, Trussell Trust's food banks distributed over 3.1 million emergency food parcels – an increase of 94% over 5 years. More than 1.1 million of these were distributed for children. Pray for families struggling to afford necessities, especially when they would have school meals provided in term time.

15th (Thu)

A Level results are due out today. Pray for young people starting university this autumn; especially for those who's results will mean they need to go through clearing or retake exams.

16th (Fri)

Pray that young people experiencing suicidal thoughts would feel able to reach out for help. And pray that they would find positive support to get them through these difficult times.

17th (Sat)

Many young people are making decisions about further education, jobs etc. Please pray for wisdom & support for them as they look to the future.

18th (Sun)

Thank God for the funding we have received for various areas of our work over the past academic year.

19th (Mon)

Many young carers will be spending their holidays looking after family members. Pray that they would be able to find support in this often unseen role, & that they will be able to take some time over the summer to have fun.

20th (Tue)

Pray for young people who attend Alumina, as there will be a break over the holidays, & the Alumina team will not be around as much, (needing a well-earned break themselves).

21st (Wed)

Pray that new opportunities will arise over the next academic year for Youthscape to serve young people, schools, youth workers & churches.

22nd (Thu)

Pray for young people receiving their GCSE results today, as they prepare for college, further education & apprenticeships.

23rd (Fri)

Pray for the Youthscape leadership team & the trustees, for God’s wisdom & vision as they plan for the year ahead.

24th (Sat)

Pray for hope to flood young people’s lives, & meet them wherever they are.

25th (Sun)

Pray for homeless young people, that they will be able to find support to help get them off the streets & into safe environments.

26th (Mon)

Volunteers are amazing, & integral to our team & the work we do. Please pray that more people will be inspired to join our volunteer team for the year ahead.

27th (Tue)

Pray for inspiration & creativity for Chris & the team, as they look for new sources of income & fundraising ideas for Youthscape.

28th (Wed)

This week, school staff are returning to school & preparing for the autumn term. Pray they will be feeling refreshed & inspired as they return to the classroom.

29th (Thu)

We are returning to the office, as a full team, next week. Pray for us as we plan for the term ahead, including the NYMW 2024 ‘Adventure of a Lifetime’, taking place at the end of November.

30th (Fri)

Pray for young people who are struggling with anxiety, & for those who are especially worried about returning to school, or starting at a new one, in September.

31st (Sat)

Pray for young people who are transitioning from Year 6 to Year 7 (primary to high school), Year 11 to Year 12 (high school to college), & Year 13 leaving education or going on to university.
