Hi,

Is it too early to wish you a wonderful and blessed Christmas - no, I don't think so! All of us at Youthscape wish you a wonderful time over the Christmas celebrations.

And thank you to all of you who prayed with us for our special weekend with youth workers from around the UK. Nearly 1,000 joined us in Birmingham last month and it was a BRILLIANT and FRUITFUL time of training, inspiration and hope.

But onto December - and can I draw your attention to our special Christmas fundraising campaign? We're focusing on young people's mental health - which has become so much worse throughout the pandemic.

Christmas is often a time when anxieties, loneliness and desperation come to a head for many teenagers.

Our work will continue over the holidays ... in our online therapeutic groups, free for any young person in the UK to join. Our wider support through Headstrong. And our support for young people directly here in Luton.

We're raising funds for that work this month, but giving you a very special way to help. You can buy one of our Emmanuel - God with Us badges, that you can give to a young person in your family or church.

They are a reminder of the wonderful message of Christmas, and you'll be helping us support more young people struggling with their mental health. Find out more at youthscape.co.uk/christmas.

Thank you, and Merry Christmas!
