A day to look at how to help teenage boys to connect, engage with and commit to the Christian faith. Being honest about the distinctive needs and challenges of young males and analysing some of the key issues facing them today, this training day will help you to think more intentionally about how to work better with what is often the harder-to-reach sex.

Martin Saunders has been involved in youth work for two decades, and is currently youth minister at St Mary’s Reigate alongside his role as Youthscape’s Director of Innovation. He’s the author of The Man You’re Made to Be (SPCK, 2019).
Matt Allen is Youthscape’s NEET intervention specialist, and has worked with 100s of young males in the course of his five years at Youthscape, many of whom are - or are at risk of being - NEET (Not in Education, Employment and Training).
