How do you choose your reviewers?
Our reviewers are all Youthscape staff. We ask them to offer an unbiased review, but they’re never asked to review something that they’re directly involved with (E.g. the SelfharmUK team don’t review their own resources).
Can I suggest a new item for you to stock?
Yes. However, we only stock resources that we recommend, and which are directly relevant to youth ministry. If you’d like to suggest a new item for us to stock, please contact us.
Where does the money go?
Every penny of profit made from the sale of our resources is reinvested into Youthscape’s work with young people, both locally in our Luton hub, and nationally through our projects.
What do you do with my data?
We don’t keep your financial data. We store your address and personal details in order to make the transaction faster next time. You can choose whether to be added to our mailing list, which we use to tell you about new products and offers. We never sell or share your personal data.
Are your transactions secure?
Yes. We process transactions using Stripe, a world-renowned payment processing system. For more information visit stripe.com
What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
Please wait 5 working days from the date of placing your order, then contact us, quoting your order number.
Do you offer a faster delivery service?
Unfortunately we are not able to offer a faster service at present.
How long does delivery take?
We seek to dispatch all items with 24 hours of receipt, not including weekends. If we receive your order by 12 noon, we will try to have your goods dispatched by 12 noon on the following working day.
