Returns & Refunds
We are happy to accept returns and issue refunds on all items within certain timeframes. However our policy varies depending on the reason for your return.
If the item we’ve sent you is damaged/faulty…
We are happy to issue a replacement item to you, as long as you let us know within 30 days of your order being dispatched. Please contact us to let us know whether you would like a refund or a replacement, otherwise we’ll assume you would like a replacement.

Please make sure you write your name, address and order number on the back of the package. We will refund your postage, based on the value of the stamps on the package we receive back from you.
If you’ve changed your mind…
We are happy to refund all items if you let us know you’ve changed your mind within 14 days of dispatch. Please send items to the address listed below, making sure you write your name, address and order number on the back of the package.
Unfortunately we cannot pay return postage in these cases.
