† Sometimes you can’t avoid needing to be back for Sunday morning and church commitments. We understand that – so we’ve created the ‘Back for Sunday’ ticket. For the same price as a standard NYMW ticket you can attend the Early Day and the full conference through to Saturday evening, leaving you free to head home ready for the next day.

Sarah Yardley is a follower of Jesus who loves finding and telling true stories. She was born in California, lives in Cornwall, and enjoys travel, reading, coffee and feasting with friends. She regularly contributes to Lectio 365 and often travels to share the good news of the God who loves us.

Dez Brown

Dez is the CEO and Founder of Spark2Life, a black-led charity, winning a National Youth Justice Award within its first year (2006) for ‘Outstanding contribution in tackling youth crime’. Dez has also been awarded 2 Borough Commander Commendations for support to the community in tackling youth crime.

Susie Aldridge

Susie is based in Nottingham, UK and has been involved in youth ministry for around 15 years. She leads Dreaming the Impossible (DTI) youth movement with an incredible team. Alongside this role, Susie is Senior Associate Pastor at Trent Vineyard where she oversees a number of pastoral teams, including those investing in the next generation. She loves anything yellow and is almost always found wearing sunglasses!

Justin Brierley

Justin is a freelance writer, speaker and broadcaster who has become known for creating dialogues between Christians and non-Christians. Justin is passionate about creating conversations around faith, science, theology and culture. Through creative use of podcast, radio, print, video and social media, he aims to showcase an intellectually compelling case for Christianity, while taking seriously the questions and objections of sceptics.

Chris Curtis

Chris Curtis has been working with young people for more than forty years, much of it leading Youthscape. His work has focused recently on helping churches get going in youth work and finding ways of placing young people at the heart of church life. He's married and lives in Luton where, in his spare time, he continues to be a Mac nerd and member of the Magic Circle.

Martin Saunders

Martin Saunders is the founder and Director of Satellites, a Youthscape summer event which aims to help young people to live Jesus-centred lives. He's also Deputy CEO of Youthscape, and the author of a number of books for young people and their leaders. His latest book is 'Signal Fire', a practical guide to prayer for young people.

Clare Williams-Sarpong

Clare is the founder of Real Questions and is an Associate Speaker at the OCCA. Her work explores the intersection of race and faith in the Black British context. Clare has a degree in English Language and Literature from Oxford University, and a Masters in Leadership (2012) and Culture, Diaspora and Ethnicity (2021) from the University of London. She is currently a PhD researcher in Sociology.

KXC Worship is based at King’s Cross Church (KXC) - a church in the heart of London. The vision of KXC is to serve God’s purpose to make all things new, by recklessly giving themselves away to God in worship, each other in community and the people of King’s Cross and beyond. Their mosts recent album is 'Show Us Your Glory'.

Lucy works for Resurgo, a Christian charity helping young people enter employment. Previously she was youth worker at Saints Youth. She's passionate about sustainable fashion and runs a charity shop supporting local charities. She is also passionate about getting a dog as soon as possible!

Megan Dewald photo

Megan Dewald

Megan DeWald is the Director of the Institute for Youth Ministry at Princeton Theological Seminary, where she oversees research, facilitates training, creates community, and designs resources for people engaged in youth ministry. She is also the new co-author of the revised version of The Godbearing Life: The Art of Soul Tending in Youth Ministry, with Kenda Creasy Dean and Ron Foster. With over two decades of experience in youth and young adult ministry, Megan is passionate about nurturing authentic connection and friendship among people from different social locations and equipping leaders to understand and navigate systems, structures, and relationships.
