Youthscape Administrator

START DATE: JAN, 2026

We have a new opportunity for an Administrator to join our Central team. We are excited to be expanding our team with this post which will have a varied role including liaising with our room hirers, sending out resources to our customers and assisting in administration of our events and conferences. You will be based at Bute Mills in Luton. Good interpersonal skills and enjoying working in a busy environment are essential. We are a friendly team working for an organisation making a positive difference for young people.

Salary: From £26,500 pa (dependent on experience)

Hours: 40hrs pw (flexible working considered)

Events Delegate Experience Lead

START DATE: JAN, 2026

The Events Delegate Experience Lead will play a vital role at the heart of the events team, helping to hold together many of the key functions that make the events a success.

Working as part of a dynamic team, you’ll get to be involved in every element of the events, from inputting into creative discussions around the programme, to ensuring we are taking the best possible care of our guests. You’ll also play a major role in looking after our amazing volunteer team, both at the event and throughout the year. You’ll be highly organised, great with people, and happy to manage competing tasks and priorities.

Salary: From £29,000 pa (dependent on experience)
