2x Regional Partnerships Officers

Youthscape are recruiting for 2 Regional Partnership Officers to support their work across Church of England Dioceses.


(Home location is flexible but one role will broadly cover Central and South West Dioceses: Bath & Wells, Birmingham, Bristol, Coventry, Exeter, Gloucester, Lichfield, Oxford, Portsmouth, Salisbury, Truro, Winchester, Worcester and the other Central and South East Dioceses: Canterbury, Chelmsford, Chichester, Ely, Guildford, Leicester, Lincoln, London, Norwich, Peterborough, Rochester, St Albans, St Edmundsbury & Ipswich, Southwark)

We are looking for someone who can initiate strong relationships and build effective partnerships with churches and dioceses, to support the scaling up and implementation of three of Youthscape’s streams of work — Launchpad, Youthscape Essentials, and Resources.


The Regional Partnerships Officer (RPO) will ensure the smooth implementation of Launchpad, YS Essentials and Resources across their particular region, and help shape the future of youth ministry locally and nationally by enabling quality delivery and strategic growth and confidence.


The RPO will play a critical role in the National Church Training Team as we build capacity and maintain the quality of these successful initiatives in partnership with dioceses and churches across each region.

Finance Officer

We are looking to recruit a highly numerate, detail-oriented and motivated Finance Officer to work at Youthscape. This role is key to keeping our accounting records and preparing management information.


The successful candidate will be a team player who may or may not already be working in a finance role, but who will enjoy working in a busy environment supporting all the Youthscape departments to reach out to young people, youth workers and church leaders. They will report directly to the Director of Finance and Operations and will work within the Central team in Luton.

Drop-In Manager

Youthscape are seeking to recruit an exceptional youth worker to take on an exciting and innovative role. The successful candidate will work as part of our Luton team and will be responsible for leading and developing our after-school open-access youth programmes which can be accessed by all those aged 11-18 years from across the town.

Senior Youth Worker

Youthscape are seeking to recruit an excellent youth worker. The successful candidate will lead and support delivery within a range of our existing youth work programmes alongside our innovative and experienced team. These programmes include groups and assemblies in local schools, a daily after-school drop-in, a twice-monthly Christian youth gathering for youth groups across the town, detached youth work, NEET prevention work, and mental and emotional wellbeing support.


Due to the need for adequate male and female staffing ratios in our work with young people as outlined in our Safeguarding Policy, it is an occupational requirement for the post holder to be male.
