Regional Partnerships Officer (South and South West)

Youthscape is recruiting a Regional Partnerships Officer to support their work across Church of England Dioceses.
The role will broadly cover South and South West Dioceses from Truro to Canterbury.

We are looking for someone who can initiate strong relationships and build effective partnerships with churches and dioceses, to support the scaling up and implementation of three of Youthscape’s streams of work — Launchpad, Youthscape Essentials, and Resources.
The Regional Partnerships Officer (RPO) will ensure the smooth implementation of Launchpad, YS Essentials and Resources across their particular region, and help shape the future of youth ministry locally and nationally by enabling quality delivery and strategic growth and confidence.
The RPO will play a critical role in the National Church Training Team as we build capacity and maintain the quality of these successful initiatives in partnership with dioceses and churches across each region.
Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 pa (pro rata)
Hours: 32hrs (4 days) p/w
Location: Remote: Region covers Truro to Canterbury along the south coast of England.

Church Partnerships Officer (LyCiG)
START DATE: JUN, 2026
Youthscape is working with Leading Your Church into Growth (LyCiG) to support the extension and development of LyCiG’s work with Churches who are seeking to grow in numbers and grow their youth ministry.
As part of this partnership, Youthscape wish to appoint a member of staff to join their National Church Training Team to take the programme of work to the next stage of development and delivery.
The person we’re looking for:
- Has extensive youth work expertise, particularly in a Church or Christian setting
- Will understand the challenges that churches face in engaging young people and resourcing youth ministry, both when starting from scratch and when seeking to sustain youth ministry
- Is passionate about the potential of the Church to reimagine youth ministry at a strategic and local level and have lots of ideas and creative tools from their own practice.
- Is a people-person, able to work across two forward-thinking organisations
- Is willing to travel as well as engage both online and in-person with the teams that they are part of and building
Salary: £28,000 pa (pro rata)
Hours: 24hrs pw
Location: Remote (with national travel)
