Satellites youth leader support sessions

We know that taking a group away to an event like Satellites can feel overwhelming! If you’re a first time group, or you are operating with limited resources or experiences, you may feel a bit daunted by the apparent obstacles before you. If that’s you - we have two things to say to you:

1. It’s totally worth it! You’ll see young people transformed by meeting Jesus - and you might see all sorts of amazing things happen back home afterwards!

2. It’s honestly possible for any group to come along - and we’re here to help you, every step of the way.

This year we’re launching Satellites youth leader support sessions - a series of six, one-hour online seminars where you can get nuts-and-bolts advice on everything from fundraising and safeguarding to catering and transport. Each free session will be led by the Satellites team, and feature expert input and stories from people just like you who’ve been to and love the event.

Anyone can join these sessions - but you’ll need to be on the dedicated email list in order to receive the online meeting link. We won’t email you about anything else but this.

The first online meeting is taking place on Monday 1st Dec, at 7.30pm, when we’ll be taking you through our booking system, and also giving you a flavour of what to expect in the week itself. We’d love to see you there!
