What is your refund policy?
Please see the returns help page for full information on returns and refunds. It's more fun over there anyway.
I think I may have been charged twice!
Fear not! It is likely that you have placed a duplicate order or there has been a website error. Either way, please email us and we will cancel the duplicate order and refund the duplicate cost.
Can you send me an invoice?
Yes, our finance team are rather clever. Send an email to us with your order, the name and address of the intended recipient and the name and address and contact number of the payee to firstname.lastname@example.org
What payments do you take?
We take most debit and credit cards including American Express, Mastercard and Visa. We don't take Paypal payments on the website store currently, but we can take Paypal payments for international orders if you email us in advance. We don't take cheques. Or cash in an envelope. Or old stamps.
