How much does postage cost?
Delivery in the UK is now completely free! There’s no item limit, and no charge or minimum spend to cover postage.
For all international orders please contact email@example.com before purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
For international orders (excluding the EU) you'll need to contact us direct to order so we can calculate shipping costs. Unfortunately, we are currently not able to deliver to within the European Union. Start a chat using the icon on the bottom right hand side of the screen or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When is my item going to be dispatched?
We pride ourselves on our efficiency so your item should be dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order (*takes a bow*). Please allow around 2-5 working days for delivery.
What postage do you use?
We use 2nd class postage (it helps to keeps the price down a little!).
I haven’t received my order!
Please check with your friendly neighbours, or look for a delivery note. If it is a bank holiday please allow an extra day or two. If you still haven’t received your package within 1 week of placing your order, please email us at email@example.com

Can I get a faster delivery?
In a hurry? If you need something delivered quicker than our standard delivery would provide it, please contact the Store directly via email (express postage will cost more).
