I ordered something by mistake!
We can accept returns provided the item is in it's original unused, unopened packaging and undamaged. Just call or email us at email@example.com with your request, making sure you include your order number. We'll reply with instructions on how to return your item speedily and easily, and we'll arrange a refund for the item to your payment card. You are responsible for the parcel's delivery to us so we recommend using a traceable service. The refund will be processed within 10 working days of receiving your parcel.
My item arrived damaged!
We endeavour to package our items as safely as possible. In the unlikely situation that an item arrives damaged email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 working days. If you can, please include photos of the items in the email noting what the damage is. Failure to email before 3 working days may mean we can’t issue a refund. You will need to send the faulty item back and we will refund/ exchange it for a new item. Postage for this will be refunded only if you send a copy of your proof of postage. Damage only applies to the product itself not the outer packaging.
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
Yes but only if your order has not been packed or dispatched, please check your account for your order status. To cancel, please email us at email@example.com to cancel your order and ask for a refund.
