When we open the Bible with young people, we want them to remain curious and not prescribe any answers too soon. Question Cubes facilitates discussion around a Bible passage, helping the young people to engage first from their own worldview.
Part of the Translating God resources, Question Cubes is a set of six dice, each one asking a different set of questions to help young people to explore a Bible passage.
The six categories are:
- Characters in the Story – Who are the characters in this passage?
- Biblical Themes – What does this passage teach us about Biblical themes?
- Connections – What connections do you see to other stories?
- God and the Church – What does this passage teach us about God and His people?
- People in my Life – How would people in your life react to this passage?
- Emotions – How does this passage make you feel?
Each die is rolled individually or can be combined with another die to create a new set of questions.
Perfect for groups of all sizes and ideal for those groups who need a little help starting conversations about the Bible.
