Satellites Youth Gathering

- LOCATION: Bath & West Showground, Shepton Mallett (drop-off/pick-up in Luton)
- COST: £160
‘Satellites’ takes place from Thursday 6th - Tuesday 11th August 2026. We will be leaving on the Thursday morning at 9.15am from Youthscape and will arrive back on the Tuesday at about 1pm. The week will be packed full of activities including live music, silent discos, a skate park, a colour run, sports tournaments, a climbing wall, a UV party and movie nights, as well as talks and seminars exploring the Christian faith.
The full price of attending ‘Satellites’ this year is £160. We are very grateful to our faithful donors who believe in the significance of summer camp and have enabled us to offer this low price! This price covers the young person’s ticket, transport, and all their meals and activities, and tents & camping gear (where needed). There is a bursary scheme available for any young person who is unable to afford the fee, so please do get in touch if you would like to find out more information about this. You can either purchase a ticket in full now, or reserve a place by paying a deposit of £40.
If your child would like to attend ‘Satellites’, then please sign them up as soon as possible by filling in the consent and medical form below and purchasing a full or deposit ticket via the blue boxes on this page. Please sign your child up and pay for their ticket in full by Sunday 26th July 2026 at the latest as we will not take any further ticket bookings beyond this date.
We will be holding a Parents/Carers meeting on Tuesday 28th July at 7pm online. This will be an opportunity to meet the team who will be supervising your child whilst away at the event, find out more about ‘Satellites’, receive important information about what your child will need to bring, and to ask any questions you may have. Fill in the form consent/medical form below - this is essential. Every young person attending will need a form submitted giving their parent/carer’s consent.
1. If you have NOT yet bought a ticket: please select either the £40 deposit 'add to cart' option or the £160 full ticket 'add to cart' option to pay.
2. If you have already paid your deposit: please select the £120 'add to cart' option to complete your payment.
