Luton Unite is a cross-church partnership project that brings young people from different churches together once a month to worship God and have fun together.

Summer Camps

Each year the Luton Unite team encourage young people who attend the monthly events to go to a Summer Camp with their youth group. Please do speak to your child’s church youth leader for more information about what camp their youth group may be attending this summer.

If your church is not going to a specific summer camp or have chosen to join the Luton Unite trip to ’Satellites’ summer camp run by Youthscape from 2nd-7th August at Bath and West Showground, then your child would be very welcome to join us. Luton Unite Main Gatherings

Luton Unite hosts exciting monthly events for young people. These gatherings happen on the first Friday of every month at Bute Mills, Luton. Each evening is an opportunity for young people to meet those from different churches and denominations, and to be part of a growing and vibrant event. We want young people to be introduced to the breadth and depth of the Christian community in Luton.

Evening events may involve worship, invited speakers and social activities. Previous events have included playing a real-life version of the hugely popular video game Fortnite, and a summer beach party. There is also a Christmas Ball held every December.

Youth workers wanting more information about bringing a group to Luton Unite should contact Robert McNerney via email here. Any young person coming to Luton Unite will need to fill in (with their parent/carer) the consent form below.

Luton Unite One

After a fruitful launch last year, we are excited to continue our Luton Unite One expansion to the programme. Luton Unite One meets each fortnight following the main gatherings. If you love Luton Unite and want to know more about what was said at the main gathering or have a space to ask those big questions that might have bubbled up. Luton Unite One is a space for you!

Luton Unite One creates a space where young people have the opportunity to explore their faith in small peer groups & group discussions. So come on down to a Luton Unite One session, grab a donut and hot chocolate and let’s take a deeper dive in our faith! As with Luton Unite, any young person coming to Luton Unite One will need to fill in (with their parent/carer) the consent form below.

Luton Youth Workers

Luton Unite doesn’t just put on events for young people, we also support each other as leaders. One of the ways we aim to do is through gathering together once a term for prayer and dinner.

YSE Local

Another way we aim to support the local network of youth workers and volunteers is through Youthscape Essentials Local.

This year we are running our National Youthscape Essentials Programme LOCAL and with a tailored twist! YSE Local runs once each month throughout the year and we would love for you to join in, be inspired, get connected, and grow alongside other youth workers.
