Luton Unite Watch Party + Video Consent

Dear parents and carers,

As you may be aware, during the coronavirus pandemic we have taken Luton Unite online and have been releasing our monthly episodes via YouTube. As restrictions are lifting slightly and we can now meet in person, we will be streaming the next three episodes live at Youthscape so we can all watch them together!

The watch parties will take place on the following dates:

• Episode 4: Friday 7th May 2021
• Episode 5: Friday 4th June 2021
• Episode 6: Friday 2nd July 2021

Your child will be able to arrive at Youthscape from 6.50pm in order to safely find their seat before the episode starts at 7pm, and the evening should finish at 8pm (their youth leader will let you know if that changes at any point).

They will be required to wear a face covering on arrival, to wash their hands, and to adhere to social distancing, but they can remove their mask whilst watching the episode as they will have a bag of snacks on their seat to eat.

Please can you complete the below consent form to give permission for your child to attend the watch parties, and inform their youth leader how many of the three they are planning to come to so we have an idea of numbers. There are also opportunities for your child to be involved in the Luton Unite videos through taking part in monthly challenges if they would like to. If you are happy for them to do this, please can you also tick the box at the bottom giving consent for us to be able to feature your child in videos we may share on our monthly YouTube channel or our social media platforms. If you have any questions or concerns about how Luton Unite may use video footage of your child, please do get in touch.

If your child has been to a previous Luton Unite watch party, then there's no need to fill in the permission form again, but we still need to know numbers so please just fill in the short form just below so we know which dates you're planning on coming to.
